The Department of Water Affairs (DWA) appointed Nemai Consulting to develop a Resource Management Plan (RMP) for Vanderkloof Dam.
One of the aims of the RMP is to set sustainable objectives for the dam. This requires input from all interested and affected parties (I&APs). A Public Meeting took place on 26 June 2012 so that all stakeholders could be part of the RMP process.
Based on Stakeholder Consultation, a draft RMP has been compiled and will be available for public review from 7 March 2014 to 7 April 2014 at the Vanderkloof Police Station (Disa Street, Vanderkloof). An electronic copy of the draft RMP will also be emailed to all I&APs.
A public discussion session will be held so that the RMP can be presented to the public. We would like to invite you to attend this public discussion session in order to provide your input into the process.
Details of Public Discussion Session:
|Thursday, 13 March 2014||16h30 to 19h00||The Conference Hall, Pride Rock Lodge, 38 Madaliefie Street, Vanderkloof|
We would like to encourage you to be part of the RMP process and look forward to your contribution to the Vanderkloof RMP.
